All orders will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) and are all sent by Royal Mail 2nd class.
If you place your order before 12.30pm it will be sent out same day.
Although the majority of orders arrive next day with Royal Mail 2nd Class this unfortunately is not always the case, your order should arrive within 2-3 working days.
If your order has not arrived after 5 working days please contact your local depot in case they missed leaving you a red calling card, if they do not have your parcel please contact us by email.
